Welcome to my website, my name is darleen bellan, and I have been interested in creating as far back as I can remember. Although I have worked in many mediums, my favorite by far is polymer clay. I first began using it over 30 years ago! I love to sculpt, but over the years have learned many different ways to use this great material.
I also love to teach and talk about what I do. Along the top of the page, there are various links that will take you to my gallery, where you can browse creations I have made and are for sale, ...swaps which I have participated in with other artists,....classes I have both taught and hosted at my studio and more. So thank you for visiting my website and please feel free to contact me with suggestions, special orders, or ask a question you feel I may be able to help you with.
My website may look different each time you visit as I am still trying to find the easiest way to make it simple to navigate, and how each page should look. Please bear with me while I work on this!
Latest News: Be sure to pick up a copy of Christi Friesens' new book on Steampunk style. I have an adorable little bat creation featured in the gallery! I also have some items published in the newly released book "1000 Jewelry Inspirations" by Quarry publishing. Check out a copy in your local bookstore, there are lots of beautiful things inside!
This is the official home of the "Kool Katz" and "Clayprints" to be seen on HGTV's "That's Clever". I am also the creator of the "Mice Cubez" and "Chilli Dogz", all part of my Kool Kritterz line. I can specially theme your selection to a hobby, sport or any other idea you may have. Contact me for details and pricing.
